• Website URL(s): The URLs you submit for scanning and analysis.
• Payment information: Processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number, CVV, or bank account details on our servers. Stripe handles all payment data in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.
• Name and company name: If provided during account creation or checkout.

Information Collected Automatically

• Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and time spent on our platform.
• Device information: Browser type, operating system, screen resolution, and IP address.
• Cookies: We use essential cookies for authentication and analytics cookies to understand how visitors use our site. You can manage cookie preferences in your browser settings.

Information from Third-Party Services

• Google PageSpeed Insights API: We use Google's public API to analyze website performance metrics. Google may process the submitted URL according to their own privacy policy.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Account data (email, name): Retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time.
• Scan results and report data: Scan results are not stored permanently. Generated reports are available for download for 90 days after creation. After this period, report data is automatically deleted from our servers.
• Payment records: Retained for 7 years as required for tax and accounting compliance.
• Usage analytics: Aggregated and anonymized within 12 months of collection.

5. Your Rights

Regardless of where you are located, we extend the following rights to all users. If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with data protection laws, these rights are guaranteed under applicable regulation (including GDPR):
